Heping Wu is a talented illustrator from China, now a freelance illustrator living in Macau. He was born in Hunan, China and studied visual communication design at the University of Macau. He has many publications and advertising projects, such as GQ , China Daily, The Washington Post, Bazaar, Ping An China, Penguin, Cartier, P&G, MONTAGUT, and is well-known around the world. The soft lines and warm colours in his artwork generate a lovely, tranquil atmosphere. In 2021, served as an external professor at the School of Art and Design at Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology

吴和平Luo是中国著名的插画家，以其独特的风格和深刻的主题而闻名。他的作品巧妙地融合了传统中国元素与现代艺术手法，展现出独特的视觉美感。他出生于中国湖南，拥有澳门大学设计与传播学硕士学位，现定居于中国澳门，专注于插画艺术创作。
他2018年至今一直担任中国日报社特约插画师, CHINA DAILY 中国日报海外版头版插画师。 共发表近60余张插画， 作品被用于中国日报海外版头版封面插图,在欧洲及非洲30余个 国家出版发行。 致力于用插画向全世界讲述独特的中国文化,向世界传递中国文化之美。中国邮政邮票设计师，担任苏州工业园区特种邮票设计。 2020年受邀国务院两会插画设计, 第十三届全国人民代表大会,担任（时任总理李克强）全国政府工作报告 插画设计师。2021年曾担任北京服装学院艺术设计学院教师，主讲课程《商业插画》。湖南工程学院艺术设计学院客座教授。
